Spectacular, panoramic views from basically, everywhere. Santorini is rightfully atop many many many bucket lists. Keep it there until you’ve had the privilege of looking at the world from the rim of this volcano. I will absolutely go back someday. And no, this doesn’t have to be a romantic getaway as many people, travel agencies and review sites seem to suggest. Go alone. Take a friend. Go with family. Or, of course, take the romantic trip of a lifetime and enjoy, indulge and embrace what the Greek islands have to offer.
